Industrialiser la chaîne “Ads → Créa → LP → Conversion → CRM”.

Le/la Growth Producer transforme chaque idée en test mesurable, chaque test en apprentissage, et chaque apprentissage en performance.

Un rôle clé pour faire tourner la machine de croissance avec méthode, créativité et impact avec un vrai sens du ROI.

**Activités & missions**

**1) Lifecycle / CXP & opérations commerciales**
- Analyser les performances de chaque campagne
- Piloter un backlog d’expériences: A/B headers, preuves, sections, formulaires.
- Construire/optimiser les flows HubSpot en fonction des parcours dédiés

**2) CRO & Webflow Ops**
- Construire/itérer des LP Webflow à partir de templates; QA responsive; balisage GA4/Ads/TikTok; perf mobile
- Lancer les campagnes multi-canaux (ads, organic, partenaires/affiliation)

**3) Creative Ops & Contenu (statiques + vidéos IA/UGC)**
- Produire/itérer des assets performants: scripts, hooks, variantes; coordination UGC; exports 9:16/1:1/16:9; Spark Ads
- Tenir une bibliothèque créa taggée (angle/offre/format), règles winner/loser, post-mortems (documenter les learnings)

**Profil recherché**
- **Doer stratégique.** Exécute vite, mesure, décide
- **Test & learn discipliné.** Hypothèse → test → KPI → stop/scale
- **Créatif orienté perf.** Angles, hooks, formats qui font baisser le CAC
- **Ownership.** Autonomie, sens du résultat, responsabilité bout-en-bout

**Profil idéal**
- 3 à 5 ans en growth/performance avec livrables concrets : LP qui convertissent, campagnes testées, contenus gagnants,
- À l’aise en Webflow + CRO et en production créa courte (scripts, montage léger/IA)
- CXP natif. Sait penser “parcours/intent → message/medium → KPI”

**Savoir-faire**
- **HubSpot** : maîtrise avancée (workflows, séquences, reporting)
- **Webflow** : capacité à créer et modifier des landing pages
- **Outils de création vidéo IA** : Arcads.ia ou équivalents
- **Analytics** : analyse de funnel, segmentation, suivi de conversion
- **Outils d’ads** : Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (notions minimum)
- **Outils de design** : Figma ou Canva pour prototyper rapidement
- **Reportings** : Google Sheets / Looker pour analyses, suivis et livrables

**Savoir-être**
- **Clarté**: Objectif → hypothèse → métrique → plan.
- **Obsession du résultat**: Tout ce que vous faites doit avoir un impact mesurable. Vous détestez le “faire pour faire”
- **Curiosité insatiable** : Vous benchmarkez constamment, vous vous inspirez d’autres secteurs, vous testez de nouveaux formats
- **Rigueur dans l’exécution** : Vous êtes organisé(e), vous priorisez sans pitié (Pareto power), vous savez dire non à ce qui dilue l’impact.
