**We are looking for a Digital Workplace Transformation Apprentice to join our team**
Our **Digital Wokplace transformation **activity, part of FORVIA’s GIT (Group Information Technologies) is looking for a **Digital Workplace Transformation Apprentice** **for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.
Nanterre Headquarters hosts the ExCom of FORVIA and the main businesses and Group central teams. GIT and Digital Transformation teams have a strong presence in Nanterre.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of digital workplace transformation, including the impact of GenAI through Copilot for ex, helping to shape the future of work at FORVIA. You will be part of a dynamic team, working on cutting-edge projects and technologies.
**You will be working on challenges that matter**
Your missions:
- Create content to assist FORVIA staff in using various collaborative work tools.
- Animate the network of users and ambassadors.
- Participate in the creation of our new intranet.
- Assist in the deployment of workplace GenAI bots.
- Stay updated with new work tool habits from the outside world.
**What if it were you?**
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (at least in your first year) from a school/university specialized in change management (it can be by pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or business course, or any University degree in humanities such as sociology)
- You are autonomous and collaborative, with a keen interest in change management.
- You have excellent communication skills, especially in video format.
- You are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about new work tools (Forvia uses the Microsoft Suite) and have a willingness to learn.
- You have a knack for networking and helping others.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
