**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
The Learning Apprentice will play a key supporting role within the Leadership Academy at Forvia University, assisting the Project Manager with coordination, communication, and tracking activities essential to delivering effective leadership training programs. The apprentice will serve as a primary contact point between the Leadership Academy and Forvia employees, ensuring smooth information flow and exceptional participant experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Assist and support the Project Manager of the Leadership Academy with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding Leadership Academy training programs, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Track and manage the staffing status of all leadership training sessions, ensuring accurate participant records and timely communication.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with training suppliers to ensure clarity on training schedules, participant enrollment, and logístical arrangements.
- Oversee certification management
- Regularly monitor participant feedback and evaluations from training sessions, promptly reporting significant issues or disruptions to the Project Manager for resolution and improvement.
- Coordinate with Forvia Campus Manager to ensure all training materials are shipped and received at the correct training venues across Europe.
- Participant in Project of Learning Contents design of Leadership, both digital & in-person training
