**Position Overview**: As COO, you will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in driving the implementation of our business strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to **lead the operations team and maximize P&L performance across our five Business Units (BR, FR, EN, ES, ROW**). You’ll be tasked with transforming our vision into actionable strategies while ensuring operational excellence across the board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Spread the company’s vision throughout the operations team, aligning efforts to support our overall business strategy.
- **Market Analysis & Growth**: Evaluate market potential using data-driven insights, and translate these findings into clear roadmaps and actionable strategies for teams.
- **Process Harmonization**: Ensure consistency in processes and product offerings across all BUs, including content production, product management, and sales strategies.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: Oversee and mentor the 5 Heads of the Business Units, empowering them to lead their multidisciplinary teams (content, SEO, market management, sales, tech, product, etc.) effectively.
- **Recruitment & Talent Management**: Actively participate in recruitment efforts within the Business Units to ensure we have the best talent in place to drive our goals.
- **Cross-BU Collaboration**: Serve as the central hub for communication and collaboration across Business Units to achieve cohesive results.
- **Brand Portfolio Management**: Co-develop and refine the M&A strategy with the founders. Identify diversification opportunities and evaluate new markets to expand our brand portfolio.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Drive ongoing enhancements across the portfolio of brands, ensuring innovation, efficiency, and market relevance.

**Support Structure**: You will have the backing of the two founders and departmental heads responsible for operational excellence, including the Head of Media, Head of SEO, Head of Sales, CTO, CFO, and more.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Volume of FTDs generated
- P&L performance across Business Units

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience coordinating an experienced management team in a high-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a digital sports or gaming affiliate with high traffic volumes and international reach, ideally as a COO, Country Manager, or Business Unit Director.
- Strong background in a competitive SEO landscape.
- Track record of building and managing P&Ls, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Recognized as a natural leader in previous roles.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in a second language.
