Robeco France aims to be structural player, SI leader & privileged partner on the French market, matching the innovations of our research and management teams with the needs of investors and actively collaborating in major market initiatives. With a strong team, Robeco France has a perfect understanding of the specificities and legal and regulatory constraints of French investors, and is responsible for relations between institutional investors, French distributors, and Robeco Group professionals.
Position & Requirements
The intern at Robeco France is involved in both sales and marketing activities and is essential to the success of the team.
Support for Sales activities and client servicing:
- In charge of the sending daily inflows/outflows to the team
- Monthly production of around 20 dedicated reports for our invested clients
- Contribution to the follow-up of client requests
- In charge of the sending of documents and information following ah-doc client requests (PMU/ commercial presentation/ factsheet)
- Help with legal issues, such as setting up NDAs or DAs (distribution agreements)
- In charge of the sending weekly (Weekly duration update) and monthly (Update Boston Partner) updates.
- In charge of coordinating the sending of reports (TPT, EMT, EET...) to clients
Support for marketing initiatives:
- Contribution to updates and follow-up of the CRM database in connection with client activities
- Optimization of processes & tools used for sales and post-event follow-up.
- Translation of articles for the FR website
- Follow-up of pre-event invitations/registrations and assistance with post-event client follow-up
- Contribution to the management of cross-functional sales/marketing projects

Internship vacancies are open to students (second-year Bachelor’s and higher) enrolled at a university on at least the first day of their internship. Our interns must also be eligible for a residence permit to do an internship in the France.
