The Matsuda Eyewear Collection is a unique collection of eyewear that was launched in 1989. Made with subtle and unparalleled details, the creations are considered works of art.
Today, the revival of the Matsuda Eyewear collection is quietly unfolding, just like when it was first launched.
**Responsibilities**
You are part of the Customer Service and Logistics department in a growing team of 8 people.
You are in charge of the following duties:
- Answering customer inquiries and addressing customer needs in a cheerful manner;
- Resolving customer complaints or issues while maintaining customer satisfaction;
- Completing and processing customer orders from A to Z;
- Monitoring delivery times and proactively informing customers and the sales team of any changes or problems;
- Co-ordinating with warehouse and participating on goods receptions/deliveries and preparation of orders;
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining an organised and accessible filing system;
- Assisting the customers, the sales team and management team by compiling reports and providing all necessary data;
- Participation in tradeshows in Europe;
- You are in contact with customers. You are the reflection of the company
**The Profile**
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field;
An understanding of customer service practices and sales principles with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients;
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to respond appropriately under pressure;
Smiling and comfortable on the phone;
Previous experience in a similar position, in a B2B and an international context;
Experience in tradeshows would be a plus;
Strong organisational skills, computer literacy and knowledge of Office tools;
**Teamwork mindset**;
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively;
Perfect knowledge of English

- Aix-en-Provence (13): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
