**You will gain hands-on experience in color development and learn industry standard processes in color trend forecasting. You will also be strongly involved with the industrialization team on establishing a new way of characterization of different material properties (Flexural modulus, Glue adhesion ) The productions are located in Romania, so you will also be in contact the team over there.**

Your main missions will be:

- Assist in creating the color master batch aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal trends.
- Support in material research, sample preparation, and organizing color/material libraries.
- Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure designs meet technical requirements and quality standards.
- Support the industrialization team by establishing experimental plan (Laboratory testing)
- Participate in team meetings and ability to give conclusions to the experimental plan. Qualifications

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree (Bac +4/+5) in **Plastics and chemical industry** or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of color theory, materials, and finishes (Excel, Outlook ).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and interested about color and materials in Winter Sports Equipment.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute creatively in a collaborative environment.

**Informations supplémentaires** Full time paid internship** based in Annecy (FRANCE) An internship agreement from your school or university is **mandatory**
