Therefore, we’re looking for an administrator willing to help us build and support it to get the most out of this internal product.

HOW you will contribute*

You will work within the CRM Squad at Pennylane, and will report directly to Hénoc, our Salesforce Architect.
As our Salesforce admin, you’ll spend most of your time interacting with our end users and Operation specialists to support, maintain and optimize the existing processes on our CRM. You will also have the opportunity to work on project to build and expand our CRM capabilities.

You’ll be part of the squad which is the main point of contact from a technical standpoint for the Salesforce developments between the Product, Data, and Ops teams.
On a daily basis, your will work with:

- The Salesforce squad, which is already composed of one Salesforce architect and reinforced with external Salesforce consultants ;
- Business owners from Marketing, Sales, Onboarding and Support, Finance, etc. ;
- All your future co-worker using Salesforce every day in their day-to-day tasks

You’ll learn everything about our company, our teams, and our vision during the first onboarding week
- You'll familiarize yourself with the product and the accounting industry, as well as our sales and operations of a Fintech scale up
- You'll get a very deep knowledge of our Product and Business teams organization, methods and processes, and culture

Within 3 months :*

Import/Export data and more broadly be the go-to person for data management
- Help users leveraging Salesforce analytics capabilities
- Handle Salesforce sandboxes
- Configure Salesforce to match user expectations and needs (layouts, flows, permissions )
- Maintain the documentation of our automations and processes
- Support our end users, answer their questions and troubleshoot issues they might be facing

Within 6 months :*

Support our Operations Specialists in their day to day needs and there plans to improve Salesforce
- Enable, educate and train our users and teams on Salesforce best practices
- Track data quality and accuracy
- Handle user management (licensing, provision, de-provision, permissions, SSO ), collaborating closely with our IT team
- Build, maintain and optimize wherever possible low-code solutions
- Delivering projects from end to end
