As a pivotal member of the Country Team, you will engage with Wingly passengers on a daily basis, taking charge of managing customer requests for our French-speaking customers.
- Facilitate the matching of passengers with pilots, assisting passengers in finding the ideal flight and ensuring a smooth take-off experience.
- Enhance passenger satisfaction by actively collecting feedback and collaborating closely with the product team to implement improvements.
- Contribute to the success of customer bookings by assisting in the conversion of canceled bookings into accepted ones through effective customer success strategies.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relations Team to establish cohesive strategies that span across all markets.
- Coordinate efforts with the French Pilot Manager and marketing teams for streamlined operations and enhanced customer relations in the french-speaking regions.
**Preferred experience**:
- Native French and good English
- Good communication skills : very good written skills, comfortable on phone
- Solution oriented mindset and good organisation skills
- You enjoy working and speaking with people
- Strong interest in the start-up world
- Multitasker, motivated, ability to work well alone and with others
- Customer Success experience is a big plus
- Being passionate about aviation is a big plus
