Your Mission

As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be the main point of contact for our French-speaking passengers and play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

Passenger Support & Guidance

  • Serve as the first point of contact for passengers via email and phone.
  • Assist passengers in finding the perfect flight and guide them through their booking journey.

Customer Success & Quality

  • Ensure a smooth take-off experience by proactively following up on bookings.
  • Assist in turning cancelled bookings into successful ones through clear communication and problem-solving strategies.
  • Actively collect and analyse passenger feedback to help improve our processes and product.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the French Pilot Manager and the marketing team to ensure consistency across the French-speaking markets.
  • Collaborate with the broader Wingly team to develop unified processes and customer success strategies across all regions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual in French & English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent written communication and comfortable handling phone conversations.
  • Strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You enjoy helping people and creating positive interactions.
  • Interest in the start-up environment and ability to adapt to a fast-moving ecosystem.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Experience in customer support or customer success is a strong plus.
  • A passion for aviation is a bonus (but not required).
