NSC require a field engineer to support various customer within a hundred-mile radius of their home address. You will be required to travel daily to customer site and support with ticket update and Closure

**Responsibilities**:

- Have the autonomy to intervene in customer.
- Have a rigorous work methodology.
- Know how to work in a team.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction (behaviour, reporting, listening and communication).
- Respect contractual commitments (SLAs) and specific processes.
- Respect the technical and administrative procedures related to the different types of interventions.
- Diagnose remotely a software or hardware computer malfunction.
- Identify the resources needed to resolve a malfunction.
- Assist a user and take control of the remote system to resolve a malfunction.
- Replace or repair a faulty device or item
- Set the workstation to the needs of the user and perform the functional tests.
- Inform the tools of follow-up of intervention and to make a report of intervention.
- Act in the context of various operating environment (Windows, Linux)
- Perform at the end of each intervention a report of activity according to the procedures.

Qualifications:

- Good level of english required (speaking / writing / read)
- Collaborator with a strong motivation to evolve in a customer mobile business
- Autonomous with a technical education
- Minimum knowledge of IT and office technologies
- Availability, geographical mobility
- Driving licence Category B is imperative
- Two-year post-baccalaureate diploma (Bac + 2)
- PC\Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
- Dell Troubleshooting
