At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an ICT Support technician to join our UniQue Strasbourg team
- Create training courses as well as manuals and tutorials in English.
- Ensuring that the web pages are up to date
- Assisting the team in testing, deploying and communicating on the new Client's software.
- Hardware and software support for end-users.
- User account management and basic network support.
- Security measures and documentation.
- Remote support and end-user training.
- Procurement assistance and system updates.
- Help with network configuration and connectivity issues.

**Requirements**:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- At least of 2 years of higher IT studies with qualification (Bac + 2)
- _Good knowledge of Windows infrastructure_
- _Good knowledge of core IT security practices, focused on user best practices_
- _Desktop/laptop hardware and software support experience_
- _Basic Microsoft Office support_
- _Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability_
- _High level of service orientation_
- _Strong communication skills - written and verbal_
- _Very good knowledge of one of the Client's official languages (English or French). English is mandatory, French is considered an asset._
