We are urgently seeking a highly organized and motivated **Operations Lead** to oversee a team of drivers. The Operations Lead will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficient route planning, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering exceptional service quality. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift, 40 hours a week

**Location**: France (remote)

**Job description**
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of our driver team, ensuring timely and efficient mapping.
- Develop and implement driver schedules, considering factors such as mapping routes, and driver availability.
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to ensure high levels of productivity.
- Oversee driver training programs to ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers, addressing any concerns or issues they may have and providing support as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to driver operations and implement changes as necessary.
- Prepare and present regular reports on driver operations to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
Applicants for this position must have:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of drivers.
- Proficiency in English and French (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with driver performance metrics and the ability to analyze data to drive operational improvements. You must ensure not have any planned time off for at least 3 months from date of hire.
- Daily communication with the primary point of contact throughout the day and quickly escalate any issues to them. If there is lack of communication or choose not to perform daily tasks, they would be considered as down personal without pay.
