Technician in Agglomeration of Iron Ores

The position is within the Sustainable Sourcing and Agglomeration team, responsible of the qualification of iron oxides for the different steelmaking production routes, including the decarbonated routes, to support the AM Sourcing team optimizing the supply of raw materials to the whole AM group. The optimization of main agglomeration processes (sintering and pelletizing) which receive the main part of the iron oxides today, are also representing the main missions of the team.

You'll be part of the running projects aiming at providing a sustainable raw material supply to the ironmaking facilities worldwide, at achieving the challenge of CO2 neutrality in 2050 and thus developing the future steelmaking routes and their sourcing and at reaching our goal of zero emission of pollutants.
You'll be in charge of the development of lab scale experimental setups and measurement systems to guarantee the quality and robustness of our results. You'll run the lab scale tests with the whole team to deliver our customer's required results. You'll make the first level of analyze of the results and discuss them with the engineers and customers.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor in Physics Measures
- Skills in laboratory / pilot experimental tools use and development
- Knowledge of granular media and/or gas analysis and/or mechanic
- Ability to guarantee the quality of measurements and experiments / to build measuring systems / to coordinate industrial trials
- Experience in R&D applied to industrial context is a plus
- Capability to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in English & French
