After the acquisition of Sweevana, Briq and Vee Beneficios, we have added a string to our bow following the acquisition of a French nugget, Okarito: with Swile, it is now possible to manage business travel expenses in complete autonomy

Last minute news: we have just united Swile & Bimpli under the same flag. To cut a long story short, Bimpli is a leading player in employee services and benefits, specializing in meal vouchers, gift vouchers, CESU, pot and CSE platform. More than 300 Bimpli employees are joining us to continue this crazy adventure which is to re-enchant everyday life and support the development of employee’s work experience all around the world.
**Your future position**:
- We are recruiting a Social Media Creative Your mission will be to bring the brand to life on social networks. You like to play with words, have a critical mind, a strategic vision and are at ease in operational matters.
- ** Conception / Content creation & Project Management**
- Recommend ideas and drive content development for the ongoing content on each platform: Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok.- Produce content & write posts with the right brand tone of voice and integrating each platform's best practices.- Initiate newsjacking- Support influence marketing operational needs: manage relationship with influencers on a day to day basis.- ** Social Media Moderation**
- Keep an open mind on every disruptive social media content.- Create conversations to evangelize the Swile brand on all platforms.- Monitor existing discussions on the brand and discussions where we are legitimate to continue conversations.- ** Data**

- Have implemented a monitoring process per platform, combined with an action strategy to continue to positioning Swile as a Social Brand- ** Expectations (6 mois)**
- Be able to propose an action plan and a social media hero content around key moments for the Brand**✨ It will be a perfect match if you**:
- Got a strong Social Media expertise (1/3 y+ on a similar position)
- Got strong writing skills and a creative mindset
- Got Skills in data analysis and reporting
- Are fluent in English
- Master social media tools as Hoostsuite
- Got strong relationnal skills
- Are feedbacks oriented, good as constructive
- Are really autonomous
- Are organized and rigorous, able to evoluate with velocity in a scale-up environment
