Rejoignez notre Cellule Applicative en tant que Report Developer et jouez un rôle clé dans la construction de rapports indispensables pour nos équipes Services Clients et SAV.
**Vos missions**:
- Comprendre et Analyser : vous recueillez les besoins des équipes métier et vous les transformez en rapports pertinents et exploitables.
- Créer et Innover : vous développez des rapports de A à Z en utilisant SAP SAC, SAP Analysis et Power BI.
- Assurer et Évoluer : vous déployez les nouveaux rapports et assurez leur évolution en fonction des retours des utilisateurs.
- Supporter et Collaborer : vous fournissez un support de premier niveau aux utilisateurs et collaborez avec les équipes internes et externes, notamment avec le Groupe VELUX A/S et la région sud.
**Votre profil**:
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de SAP SAC et SAP Analysis.
Vous maîtrisez Power BI, SAP ECC, C4C, Office 365 et Excel avancé.
Vous avez une connaissance solide des flux Order to Cash (flux de la capture de la commande clients) et des activités de service clients.
Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais professionnel.
Vous avez un excellent sens de l'écoute, une capacité d'analyse développée, et êtes capable de proposer des solutions efficaces. Votre orientation client et votre esprit d'équipe sont des atouts majeurs.
