**Your work environment**

Within the Group, **you will join the Finance - Group Investments & ALM department**which is overseeing the investment and asset-liability management activities of AXA Group, including strategic asset allocation, ALM & monitoring, credit research, fixed income, investment strategy, equities, derivatives and liquidity, private assets, and responsible investing. Group Investments oversees €460bn of assets as of YE 2023.

Within this Department, you will be part of the **Alternative & Credit Team (ACT)** covering notably private assets and working in close collaboration with the **ALM & Monitoring Team** in charge of steering and monitoring the investment plan of the group.

**Your job and daily missions**:
You will be focusing on the following key missions:

- Modelling of private assets investment portfolios for asset allocation purposes
- Implementation of forecasting and monitoring models for private assets (notably private equity)
- Analysis of portfolio performance (private equity)
- Design of allocation models for private assets
- Modelling and analysis of private assets investment opportunities
- Participation au process de construction du plan d’investissement
- Coordination de c. 10 entités investissant dans c. 10 classes d’actifs
- Automatisation et simplification des fichiers de consolidation au niveau Groupe (Excel, VBA, SQL)
- Développement de modèles pour optimiser les portefeuilles obligataires en optimisant le rendement comptable sous contrainte de duration, plus-moins-values réalisées (modèle à déterminer)
- Simulation de scenarii d’investissements (mise en place de nouveaux instruments dérivés notamment) afin d’optimiser la gestion du risque de taux (adossement actif/passif)
