Afin de poursuivre notre croissance, nous sommes à la recherche de notre prochaine star de l’acquisition digitale.

Asight est une agence growth spécialisée sur le marketing à la performance avec déjà 30 clients actifs (DNVB, Ecommerce, Lead generation) dans 3 pays.

Notre mission est de permettre à nos clients d’atteindre leurs objectifs, et mettre en place les ingrédients d’une hyper croissance saine, avec une approche résolument tournée vers la tech et l’automatisation, mais aussi la stratégie créative.

En tant que Growth Specialist (SEA & Social ads Manager) vous accompagnerez nos clients dans l’analyse et l’optimisation des comptes sur les moteurs de recherche ou sur les réseaux sociaux, à travers les missions suivantes:

- Responsable de la gestion opérationnelle d’un portefeuille clients sur des campagnes SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) et SMA (Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Pinterest )
- Analyse des performances des campagnes à l’aide d’outils de reporting
- Tracking publicitaire & gestion des outils web analytics via GTM & GA
- Enrichissement des données client via des logiciels de CRM (Hubspot notamment) et CMS E-commerce (shopify, prestashop...)
- Recommandations sur les Landing page du client (Hook, Ergonomie, UX Design)
- Participation active à la réalisation des bilans trimestriels et à l’élaboration des stratégies d’acquisition des clients de votre portefeuille.
- Être force de proposition sur la stratégie créative Social Media de vos clients.
- Gestion et optimisation de flux produits
- Veille permanente sur des nouveaux outils publicitaires

Voir plusProfil recherché
- Vous avez 1-2 ans d’expérience opérationnelle sur des métiers de growth/marketing digital idéalement en agence.
- Vous avez un de très bonnes compétences relationnelles et humaines.
- Vous disposez d’un fort esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, et vous avez l’attention du détail.
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par le web, le marketing, la tech et êtes orienté(e) business.
- Une expérience d’utilisation d’outils tels que Supermetrics, Looker Studio, Notion serait un plus.
- Une expérience sur les outils de CRM comme Hubspot serait un vrai plus
- Une expérience sur les outils comme Google Tag Manager, GA4 est fortement appréciée
