Supporto Al Site Manager

Per la nostra sede sita in Francia a Fos Sur Mer all’interno dello stabilimento di Arcelor Mittal, siamo alla ricerca di Ingegneri Gestionali e Meccanici che dopo un percorso formativo studiato ad Hoc che si svolgerà in una delle nostre Officine in Italia (Bergamo, Padova,..), ricoprano il ruolo di Supporto al Site Manager.
**In particolare, la persona si occuperà di**:
**Stesura procedure video e audio**: redigere e formalizzare le procedure aziendali in ambito manutentivo, con l’obiettivo di diffondere il più possibile la corretta sequenza e le modalità di svolgimento delle attività lavorative;
**Effettuazione controlli e tagliandi**: supporto nella gestione e pianificazione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei mezzi presenti;
Creazione delle best practice delle attività con relativi tempari: definire ed organizzare al meglio tutte le attività lavorative previste per il reparto Manutenzione, con l’obiettivo di individuare e condividere un flusso ideale di funzionamento di ciascun processo;
**Analisi cause guasti per creare azioni correttive**: effettuare analisi approfondite su tutti i principali guasti riscontrati sui mezzi, al fine di riuscire a risalire alle cause che li hanno determinati e di definire delle azioni correttive in grado di evitare/ridurre il riverificarsi degli stessi eventi;
Programmazione e gestione del flusso di acquisto dei materiali utili ai fini delle attività operative;
Affiancamento nella stesura del budget della sede, monitoraggio degli scostamenti;
Analisi e creazione nuovi KPI per il monitoraggio delle attività;
Gestione dei rapporti con i clienti;
Coordinamento del Team di meccanici.
**Requisiti**:
Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale e/o Meccanica;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office con particolare focus su Excel o software equivalente per la gestione dati;
Buona conoscenza della lingua francese.
**Completano il profilo**: capacità organizzative, dinamicità, predisposizione al lavoro di squadra, buone capacità di problem solving e di gestione dello stress.

Contratto con RAL commisurata all’effettiva esperienza.
