**We are looking for**:

- An experienced **R&I Controller **who will work in close partnership with the R&I Finance Partner and the other Controllers of the team to support controlling activities of the New Business Development (NBD) function, especially the R&I shared laboratories/sites and the capital expenditures process.

**We count on you for**:

- Provide support in the management cycle for monthly closing, budget, and forecasting processes for the NBD-shared R&I sites
- Provide the necessary financial information and dashboards to the R&I site Directors to allow proactive management of their budget
- Business partnering with R&I shared sites by providing financial insights to support decisions within the organization (cost optimization, project business case, and etc)
- Coordinate the capital expenditures validation and tracking process for NBD
- Participate in the R&I Finance standardization and reporting optimization
- Collaborate with international teams and different profiles

**You will bring**:

- at least 7 years of experience in controlling
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Economics, Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of research and innovation activities is a plus
- Site or function-controlling experience is a must
- Proficient in accounting, controlling, and finance IT tools (SAP, BW, BFC, Replicon...)
- Excellent English
- An adaptive approach to a complex and global work environment
- Ability to work with complex business analytics
