Au sein d'une équipe d'une douzaine de personnes, vous serez en charge du contrôle réglementaire des emballages de propriété Air Liquide (bouteilles et cadres). L’atelier actuel basé au Blanc-Mesnil va être modernisé et sera situé à Saint Ouen l'Aumône (95).
L'opérateur (Atelier Entretien Bouteilles / Cadres) assure l’entretien (démontage, montage de composants sur chaine automatisée) et la vérification technique et réglementaire des emballages de gaz selon les plans d’inspection en vigueur au sein d’Air Liquide Inspection Service (ALIS).
Dans le respect des procédures ALIS et des consignes de sécurité, l'opérateur:
- réalise sur chaine automatisée les opérations de montage, démontage et rénovation des bouteilles et cadres, conformément aux procédures,
- émet un jugement professionnel sur la validation de l’emballage (contrôle visuel, test hydraulique / ultra-son) et de ses composants, pour décider de la remise en circulation, de la réparation ou de la mise en rebut des emballages (bouteilles, cadres, paniers, châssis),
- édite, signe les documents d’inspection réglementaire et garantit l’utilisation des emballages dans les meilleures conditions de sécurité,
- contrôle ses outils de travail et s’assure de la propreté de l’atelier et de la conformité des composants utilisés (robinets, chapeaux...).
