Start Date: 8 January 2026Location: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: On-siteContract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD – 6 months) Work Schedule Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 22:00 (rotational shifts)Days off: Saturday & SundayUber support up to 25.00 € for early shifts starting at 06:00 Role Overview We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users of a digital-focused platform. This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding. You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brands voice consistently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Support users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issuesHandle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channelsAdapt tone and communication style for both private and public channelsManage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processesDocument all interactions accurately in internal systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality Candidate Requirements Native-level GermanEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherMandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web designStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a structured, multi-channel support environment Nice to have Experience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)Technical troubleshooting background Compensation Base salary: 1,100 € per month (paid over 14 months)Performance bonus: 180 € for 12 monthsMeal allowance: 7.23 € net per working day Benefits & Relocation Health insurance available from day one with a monthly contribution.
