B2B Sales Engineer (Hebrew & English) – Remote | Sofia (Bulgaria) We are hiring a B2B Sales Engineer with native-level Hebrew and strong technical sales skills to join an international, tech-driven company.This is a full-time remote role, contracted in Sofia, Bulgaria, with the possibility to move to a hybrid setup in the future. The position combines solution selling, technical consulting, and customer-facing sales, working closely with multiple stakeholders in a B2B environment. Your Responsibilities Attend customer meetings and deliver sales presentations and product/service demos (online & phone)Provide technical expertise to support sales objectivesPrepare technical proposals and presentationsApply solution-selling techniques and maintain proactive client communicationAnalyze customer needs and develop competitive technical solutionsAdvise customers and internal sales teams on product and technical aspectsDeliver technical training sessions when requiredIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline sales processesEnsure consistent follow-up on opportunities and inquiriesHandle objections and manage competitive pressureBuild strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Requirements Native-level Hebrew (mandatory)Fluent EnglishExperience in B2B technical sales / sales engineeringStrong presentation and solution-selling skillsAbility to work remotely in an international environment What We Offer Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)Remote role (Bulgarian contract – Sofia)Gross monthly base salary: 4,633 BGNTarget bonus: 1,725 BGN per quarterInternational working environment and long-term career opportunities Relocation & Cost of Living Support (Bulgaria): Help finding accommodation in Sofia10 days or more of apartment paid by the companyPossibility of first salary advance, if neededFully furnished apartments from approx. 200 € / month (minimum 60 sqm)Low cost of living compared to Western Europe, allowing for strong savings potential Start Date ASAP Apply For more information or to apply:marco.velenosi@cbtalents.comWhatsApp: +39 334 619 6398
