工作职责:
- 协助区域经理拓展和管理当地市场客户群体,维护和提升公司品牌形象
- 用户运营,包括拉新与用户留存
- 使用线上和线下渠道进行品牌和活动推广(包括微信社群,小红书等媒体矩阵)
- 内容与品牌运营,维护和发展新媒体渠道
- 负责当地市场活动的策划和执行,完成市场目标
工作要求:
- 有一定的市场岗位工作/实习经验,熟悉市场岗位工作基本流程
- 有新媒体运营的经验,包括但不限于小红书、社群、微信公众号
- 具有创造力并具高市场敏感度
- 沟通能力强,有一定的跨部门协作能力
- 工作态度认真,有进取心,品格正直,充满热情

Job duties:
- Assist regional managers to expand and manage local market customer groups, maintain and enhance the company's brand image
- Responsible for the planning and execution of local market activities to increase the number of users
- Use online and offline channels for brand and event promotion
- Collect and analyze operational data and adjust marketing strategies
Job requirement:
- Working experience in Internet companies is preferred
- Systematic management of market planning, operation, and promotion channels
- Be creative and have data analysis capabilities, market, and consumer insights
