Mid-Level Global Financial Markets Lawyer

Department purpose

Our Global Financial Markets department specialises in international capital markets work including securities law and capital markets regulation and stock exchange listings, as well as asset backed structures. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, alternative investment funds, international commercial banks, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.

Role purpose

We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Lawyer focusing mainly on securitisations and general banking law for our Global Financial Markets department.

Key requirements

  • You have at least three years' relevant experience within a law firm, ideally based in Luxembourg.
  • You are a fully qualified lawyer.
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French. German would be an asset.
  • You are dynamic, proactive and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have strong technical and writing skills.
