We're looking for the creative force behind our product demonstrations. Reporting directly to the Head of Presales, you'll work hand-in-hand with the entire presales team, playing a direct role in our most important sales opportunities.

This isn't about clicking through features; it's about telling a compelling story. Your mission will be to design demos that show how our BSS platform is the engine behind the next wave of AI-driven customer experiences. You'll craft the narratives that connect our technology to real-world business results, showcasing everything from AI Agents to seamless digital interactions. Think of yourself as the director: you create the vision and guide a technical team to bring it to life.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development:
    Build and execute account and territory plans aligned with Etiya's goals, revenue targets, and market positioning. Identify, qualify, and close new BSS/AI software opportunities within Francophone countries.
  • Account Management:
    Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, VP, Director) at Etiya's existing account in France. Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction and customer advocacy.
  • Solution Selling:
    Lead consultative sales cycles, including discovery, proposal development, and contract negotiation for high-value BSS/AI software solutions (SaaS, cloud, or on-premise).
  • Partnerships:
    Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., AWS, system integrators, channel partners) to co-sell and expand reach.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to ensure predictable revenue performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with delivery, marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in advanced IT/telco sales, with a strong focus on business development and key account management in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with direct experience managing major telecom accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom products, solutions, and services, as well as a deep understanding of competitive offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-value sales opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Expertise in account planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic business development.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with management and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales into overall account strategies.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in the telecom industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and French.
