Logistics Director – Global Distribution (MedTech)

South of France | International Scope

A growing medical technology organisation in the implantable devices space is hiring a
Logistics Director
to lead its global distribution operations.

This role owns worldwide warehousing and distribution, supports commercial growth and plays a key part in scaling international operations in a regulated environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead a global distribution transformation project
  • Build and manage a central logistics team
  • Design regional and local distribution networks
  • Own logistics budgets, costs and KPIs
  • Support ERP implementation and validation
  • Ensure compliant logistics processes (GMP / regulated environment)
  • Manage returns, repairs and loan device flows
  • Deliver on-time, in-full service to customers worldwide

What you bring

  • 5+ years' experience in international logistics / distribution
  • Strong financial and budget management experience
  • Background in medical devices, pharma or regulated industries
  • Solid ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Confident leader in global, cross-functional environments
  • Fluent English and French
