BYD France is the French NSC of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver visual standard specifications aligned with the brand's VI system and adapted to various market application scenarios, ensuring unity and consistency of the brand image across all designs.

2. Manage and safeguard the brand VI, ensuring correct implementation of visual standards across all channels and touchpoints; conduct regular compliance checks and promptly correct any deviations from brand guidelines.

3. Review advertisement layouts at all terminals prior to publication to ensure all advertising materials strictly follow brand visual standards and premium aesthetic requirements.

4. Collaborate with the team to complete material design and visual review for exhibitions, launch events, media test drives, and other marketing activities; ensure that the overall visual quality meets luxury brand standards and enhances brand image.

5. Support market communication and promotional activities by designing and producing required brand, technology, and product promotional materials in line with luxury positioning.

6. Oversee design, shooting, and post-production needs; collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure all creative projects are delivered on time and with high-quality execution.

7. Coordinate and execute additional design needs required for business development and brand growth.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in design or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role, with mandatory experience in a luxury brand industry (automotive luxury, high-end fashion, premium lifestyle, or luxury consumer goods).

3. Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to independently execute refined, premium, and high-quality designs.

4. Experience in branding and design project management within premium or luxury environments; able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Positive personality with excellent communication skills and strong team spirit.

1. Proficient in major design software; English & French communication skills are mandatory. Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
