BriefPosting Description This role will be responsible for theProject Management and delivery of a CCB upgrade project, reporting to the EMEAPractice Manager.Prime responsibility is to manage theimplementation of the CCB upgrade project for client. This will involve allaspects of project management from project kick -off to closure and will involvespending significant time on site with the client. SpecificResponsibilities:• The Authority to run theproject on a day -to -day basis within the constraints laid down.• Accountable foroperational/financial metrics including budgeting and forecasting activities.• Maintaining projectprofitability• Quality of project delivery• People management.• Planning and monitoring ofproject delivery using MS Project• Prepare project work productsand maintain as per the project management methodology.• Resource planning andmanagement• Communicating effectively bothto internal and external stakeholders.• Project reporting during allproject phases as per the reporting cadence.• Management of risks and issuesrelating to the project.• Change Control andConfiguration management.• Working directly with theexternal customers Industryand Technical knowledge:• Minimum of 10 years of clientfacing Project Management Experience for application development,implementation and software upgrade projects.• Experience of managing projectteams in the order of 30 resources and around 6000 days, including significantinvolvement of offshore development centre(s) and external subcontractors.• Experience of managing projectswith budgets of $2 to $6 million of services.• Preference for ProjectManagement with 5 years' experience in Utilities Industry (electricity, gas,water).• Preference for knowledge of OracleUtilities products e.g. CCB/C2M.• Experience of delivering fixedpriced projects.• Experience of managingsubcontractors• Project ManagementCertification.
