The Position

We are looking for a passionate Solutions Engineer Intern to join our technical-commercial team and contribute to our clients' success in their digital transformation and IT security journey.

Your Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Commercial Support

  • Support the sales team during cybersecurity solution demonstrations

  • Answer technical questions from prospects

  • Present our cybersecurity solutions (MDM, BitDefender, Keeper, VPN)

  • Participate in qualifying client needs

  • Conduct training sessions for clients

  • Participate in technology watch and sharing best practices

Customer Success & Deployment

  • Lead technical onboarding for new clients

  • Provide level 2 technical support

  • Support change management

  • Deploy and configure partner security solutions (MDM, antivirus, password manager, VPN)

  • Manage integration with third-party services (ABM, Entra ID, Vanta)

  • Contribute to creating technical content (guides, tutorials, documentation)

Required Profile

  • You are from a renowned engineering school or business school

  • You speak fluent English to support international sales teams during calls

  • You have both commercial and technical interests and are looking to combine both in a formative experience

  • You are very interested in startups and entrepreneurship

  • Previous experience in cybersecurity is a plus

Interview Process

  • Case study to present to Guy VP Product & Juan GM USA

  • "Fit" interview with Peter GM DACH
