The Position
We are looking for a passionate Solutions Engineer Intern to join our technical-commercial team and contribute to our clients' success in their digital transformation and IT security journey.
Your Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Commercial Support
Support the sales team during cybersecurity solution demonstrations
Answer technical questions from prospects
Present our cybersecurity solutions (MDM, BitDefender, Keeper, VPN)
Participate in qualifying client needs
Conduct training sessions for clients
Participate in technology watch and sharing best practices
Customer Success & Deployment
Lead technical onboarding for new clients
Provide level 2 technical support
Support change management
Deploy and configure partner security solutions (MDM, antivirus, password manager, VPN)
Manage integration with third-party services (ABM, Entra ID, Vanta)
Contribute to creating technical content (guides, tutorials, documentation)
Required Profile
You are from a renowned engineering school or business school
You speak fluent English to support international sales teams during calls
You have both commercial and technical interests and are looking to combine both in a formative experience
You are very interested in startups and entrepreneurship
Previous experience in cybersecurity is a plus
