INGENIEUR PROCESS (H/F)
MISSION :
- Conduire et suivre les projets de développement et d'amélioration de la performance des équipements : optimisation des process et des procédés, élaboration des conditions de marche, optimisation des réglages avec les équipes de production, amélioration de la qualité et de la productivité, transfert des connaissances et accompagnement auprès des équipes de production. Industrialisation de nouvelles formulations ou matières premières issues de la recherche ; ...
- Être impliqué(e) sur des projets locaux et européens en collaboration avec les autres services et partager les connaissances avec la R&D et les autres usines Européennes ;
- Assurer un support technique et méthodologique au personnel de production pour aider à résoudre des problèmes techniques (trouble shooting)
- Participer aux projets de conservation du savoir-faire et d'amélioration de l'efficacité du service ;
VOTRE PROFIL :
- De formation Ingénieur généraliste, plasturgie ou chimie, vous avez des connaissances techniques en mécanique notamment. Des bases en plasturgie et rhéologie sont appréciées.
- Orienté(e) terrain, vous justifiez d'une première expérience de gestion de projets techniques dans l'industrie (ex : démarrage de ligne de production, amélioration de rendement etc.) avec une utilisation de la méthodologie de gestion de projets.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel lu, parlé et écrit est impérative (niveau B2 minimum)
