In this role, you will drive new business development, build strategic client relationships, and develop partnerships that accelerate market penetration and revenue growth. You'll work closely with technical, commercial, and executive teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions for hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on expanding the company's footprint in the French and wider European data centre markets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation operators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements in terms of performance, sustainability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, strengthening visibility and thought leadership within the data centre ecosystem.
- Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy and product positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the data centre, critical infrastructure, or high-tech engineering sectors.
- Proven success in managing complex, high-value sales cycles and achieving multi-million-euro revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of data centre design, build, or operations - including power, cooling, and connectivity solutions.
