WHY WE NEED YOU?

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Product team to structure, scale, and lead our Core Services product portfolio in a context of strong business, regulatory, and international expansion.

Your mission will be to define and deploy the product strategy for Core Services in order to support Scaleway's growth, improve customer experience, and enable strategic company-wide initiatives.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.

You will be leading a team of 6 Product Managers working on strategic Core Services such as account management, billing & payment, security products (IAM, KMS, Secret Manager, Audit Trail), and environmental footprint. The team is stable, growing in maturity, and plays a key role in transversal and high-impact company projects.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Core Services, aligned with Scaleway's business and growth objectives.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Product Managers with different levels of seniority.

- Oversee the most strategic and transversal projects of the tribe (e.g. One Billing, electronic invoicing, certifications, international expansion).

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the Iliad Group on high business-impact initiatives.

- Leverage data to optimize user experience, product adoption, and feature performance.

- Act as a key stakeholder in product leadership discussions and contribute to the overall product organization strategy.

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS:

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including first experience in people management.

- Strong expertise in defining and deploying product strategies at scale.

- Experience leading complex, cross-functional and business-critical projects.

- Strong product methodology and ability to work with data-driven insights.

- Understanding of billing, payments, FinOps, or financial product topics is a strong plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

- Proven leadership and coaching skills with Product Managers.

- Structured, rigorous, and methodical approach to problem-solving.

- Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on regular client engagement
