Responsibilities

  • Understand renewable energy domain business model and strategy, can support company develop EPC/integration service partners in the renewable energy BESS domain. Implement and optimize service strategies.
  • Understand the customer's business, organization, and service structure.
  • Understand partners' organizations, identify and improve their weak points, and make partners a key factor in BESS contract signing under EPC mode.
  • Support the bidding and kick-off of EPC inheritance projects from pre-sales to contract signing and delivery, to ensure smooth transition from contract to smooth delivery.

Professional Knowledge

  • Have experience in EPC model design, pre-sales support, and specific EPC power station delivery.
  • experience in partner management or engineering procurement, able to quickly identify potential partners
  • Understand PV or ESS industry knowledge;
  • Familiar with project delivery and maintenance service support.
  • Familiar with process execution or process adaptation (PMP basic knowledgement)
  • Majors related to photovoltaic and ESS, such as power electronics, power system, electrical engineering, and energy are preferred.

Business Skills

  • Good communication and persuasion skills, teamwork spirit; Hard-working, able to work under pressure, good professional quality, hard work, strong execution, strong learning ability;
  • Extroverted, sociable
  • Accept short-term business trips (annual business trips are expected to last for 3 months).
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience with AC/DC power conversion and control; Knowledge of mechanical principles, electronics and AC/DC power distribution;
  • Understand the trend of the PV/energy storage industry and mainstream companies in the industry.
  • Ability and experience to work in multicultural competitions (which will interface with China, Europe, Latin America, etc.)

Requirements

  • Electrical/Electronic engineering
  • Physics or other solar PV/ESS related education background
  • Have experience work in EPC company for project delivery or relationship with these EPC companies
