Au sein de l'équipe Finance Europe, tu accompagneras le Contrôleur de Gestion FP&A ainsi que le Directeur FP&A. L'équipe Finance joue un rôle clé dans la consolidation des résultats des différents pays européens, la préparation et l'envoi de reportings variés au siège américain, ainsi que dans le soutien quotidien aux responsables pays et aux responsables fonctionnels.

Tes missions

Tu interviendras notamment sur les sujets suivants:

  • Analyse des dépenses de personnel et des autres coûts administratifs

  • Analyses de pricing moyen selon les mixes clients, par type de produit et par pays

  • Production d'analyses et de KPIs relatifs aux effectifs et aux coûts de personnel par fonction

  • Développement d'outils automatisés d'aide à l'analyse (dashboards, KPIs)

  • Réponse aux demandes du Groupe

  • Interface entre la Finance et les équipes commerciales sur certaines problématiques de chiffre d'affaires (solutions digitales, réservations)

  • Support à l'équipe comptable pour optimiser la vitesse de recouvrement de certaines factures, en assurant le lien entre Finance et Sales

  • Tu pourras également être sollicité(e) pour réaliser des analyses ad hoc selon les besoins.

  • Tu participeras aux processus de Forecast, Budget et reporting mensuel.
