Mission
:

Security Point of Contact

  • Act as the key security expert for middle management and stakeholders across all brands.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to safety and security requests.

Security Governance

  • Develop and update group-wide security guidelines.
  • Lead quarterly market security committees and monitor action plans via the Safety Leadership Teams App.
  • Provide expert guidance on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and best practices.

Physical Security & Fire Safety

  • Conduct audits and awareness campaigns across critical sites (offices, warehouses, production facilities).
  • Identify improvement areas and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.

Loss Prevention

  • Monitor discrepancies at market level and identify trends.
  • Support retail operations and controlling teams in implementing corrective measures.

Travel Security

  • Manage the relationship with the travel security provider.
  • Assess travel risks and design protection plans for business travelers.

Event Security

  • Support brand teams in securing events such as fashion shows and brand activations.

Security Awareness

  • Promote a strong safety and security.
  • culture.Develop training modules and communication materials for internal stakeholders.

Crisis Management

  • Assist the Global VP Safety & Security in incident response and crisis management.
  • Support local entities in building and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCP).

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor an apprentice, fostering skill development and providing operational support.

Profil :

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in security, risk management, or loss prevention, ideally within the retail sector.

Technical

  • SkillsStrong knowledge of security systems, loss prevention, travel security, physical security, and crisis management.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance internal digital tools (Microsoft Teams and associated apps, Yoobic, Sharepoint, etc.).

Organizational Skills

  • Excellent coordination and prioritization abilities.
  • Capable of stepping in as interim Global VP Safety & Security when needed.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to train, guide, and influence key positions acrossall divisions.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and managing incident responses.
