Role overview:

  • Lead delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise network solutions across wired and wireless environments.

  • Hands-on expertise with Fortinet firewalls, Cisco & Aruba switching, Aruba Central, and Ruckus SmartZone.

  • Ensure operational reliability, proactive monitoring, and incident resolution.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to maintain service excellence.

 

What you will do

  • Manage network and security infrastructure: monitoring, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting (L2/L3).

  • Perform VLAN management, port security, and network segmentation.

  • Conduct root cause analysis using tools like Wireshark, SNMP, and system logs.

  • Collaborate with technical teams on design standards and security operations.

  • Own critical incidents and coordinate resolution across teams.

  • Provide accurate reporting on service performance and KPIs.

  • Support WiFi connectivity and optimization (WiFi6 best practices).

Who you are

  • 7+ years in enterprise network/security engineering or similar roles.

  • ITIL principles knowledge.

  • Relevant certifications (preferred): Fortinet NSE4+, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Aruba Certified Switching Professional, CWNA.

  • Scripting/automation experience (Python, Ansible) is a plus.

  • Strong customer-facing and leadership skills.

  • Proven experience in network operations, incident management, and service delivery.

  • Deep technical knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/MAN/MPLS, and advanced routing (eBGP, OSPF).

  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, and wireless controllers.

  • Familiarity with NMS platforms and SNMP monitoring.

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
