The Role

As the Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO. This is a dual-track role combining
Strategic Business Operations
and
Technical Project Management
. You are not here to observe; you are here to build the engine that fuels our growth.

Your Key Missions

1. CEO Strategic Support & Business Planning

  • Business Modeling:
    Own and update the Business Plan (BP) and financial forecasts for
  • Fundraising Prep:
    Assist the CEO in preparing data rooms and pitch materials for upcoming funding rounds.
  • Operating System:
    Streamline internal processes to ensure the company scales efficiently as we onboard new international accounts.

2. Strategic Project Lead - AI

  • Scientific Study:
    Lead internal scientific studies.
  • Data ops :
    Orchestrate the extension of our first proprietary ML models to other verticals.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a
"Driver"
with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Education:
    Ideally top-tier Engineering or Business School (e.g., HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, X, Centrale, Mines).
  • Analytical Rigor:
    You are comfortable with complex spreadsheets and have a strong grasp of how Machine Learning models are built and evaluated (high-level)
  • Execution Power:
    You have the "get things done" mindset. You can manage technical profiles (Data Analysts) and demanding external experts simultaneously / experience in demanding previous internships is valued (Consulting, Tech, AI, Finance etc..).
  • Communication:
    Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Ambition:
    You want to see the "inside" of a fast-growing AI startup and are ready for high-stakes responsibilities.
