Popsize is bringing AI to fashion sizing — helping shoppers find the right size instantly, either through our app or directly on brands' and marketplaces' product pages via our widget. By improving fit confidence, we help e-commerce players reduce returns and increase conversion, while making shopping smoother for customers.

We're looking for a high-potential, analytical, and business-driven Chief of Staff Intern to join us for a 2 to 6 months internship, working closely with the CEO in Paris (Station F) / hybrid / remote.

As a true right hand to the team, you'll support a wide range of strategic and operational topics — from client acquisition and pipeline execution to market analysis, proposal building, and cross-functional coordination. This is a hands-on opportunity at the intersection of growth, strategy, and execution in a fast-moving early-stage startup.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive client acquisition: prospecting, outbound, qualifying leads, and supporting sales calls (progressive responsibilities)
  • Produce high-impact sales assets: meeting briefs, follow-ups, CRM hygiene, proposals, and ROI/business cases
  • Run market & competitor research to sharpen our positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
  • Help improve our growth engine: messaging, pitch decks, case studies, partnerships, and new channels
  • Track key KPIs and build lightweight dashboards to steer weekly execution (pipeline, outreach, conversion, revenue)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Currently pursuing a degree at a top university/business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, emlyon, EDHEC, GEM, Audencia…)
    or
    a top engineering school (X, Centrale, Mines, Télécom…), with a strong interest in business and growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and interpret complex data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (English is a plus)
  • Highly proactive, rigorous, and resourceful, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in startups / business / product (you want to understand the full machine)
  • Bonus: first experience in sales, startup or entrepreneurship
