Kaino, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé, accompagne un acteur mondial de la santé dans le recrutement d'un
Chef de Projet IT (H/F)
en CDI, basé en Bourgogne.

Vous rejoindrez le
Pôle Solutions de la DSI
(une trentaine de collaborateurs répartis entre la Bourgogne et Paris), dans un environnement international, pour piloter des projets stratégiques autour de SAP et coordonner les différentes équipes impliquées.

*Vos missions*

  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et aux montées de version SAP sur un périmètre international.
  • Coordonner les équipes internes (DSI, responsables d'équipes, prestataires) et favoriser le travail transverse.
  • Participer activement aux projets IT en garantissant la cohérence technique et fonctionnelle des solutions.
  • Assurer la communication et le suivi projet avec les différentes parties prenantes.

À noter : il ne s'agit pas d'un rôle de management RH, mais bien d'un rôle de
pilotage de ressources et coordination de projets

Votre Profil

  • Expérience confirmée en projets SAP (technique et/ou fonctionnel).
  • Solide culture projet et coordination d'équipes.
  • Idéalement, un parcours en cabinet de conseil (must-have).
  • Habitude du travail transverse dans un environnement international.
  • Anglais professionnel (oral et écrit) pour interagir efficacement avec les équipes globales.

Salaire Et Avantages

  • Rémunération attractive
  • Bonus individuel (6%) + intéressement / participation (14%).
  • Statut cadre au forfait jours (25 jours de congés + 13 à 16 jours de repos/an).
  • Télétravail : 2 jours/mois**
