Avec 12 centres de services répartis sur le territoire, Experis France vous connecte au c?ur de l'action IT, au plus près des clients.

Service Desk 24/7, 12 langues, utilisateurs et plus de 3 millions d'interactions : rejoignez une structure à taille humaine, portée par la performance et l'innovation.

Vous intervenez à distance, en français comme en anglais, pour diagnostiquer, résoudre ou escalader les incidents, tout en garantissant une expérience utilisateur fluide, rassurante et professionnelle.

Ici, vous interviendrez par ligne de service, c'est-à-dire sur un périmètre fonctionnel regroupant plusieurs clients et activités, plutôt que pour un seul compte dédié.

Profil candidat:

Vos missions au quotidien

En tant que Team Leader, vous serez le moteur de l'équipe et le garant de son bon fonctionnement :

Encadrement et animation d'une équipe de techniciens support (proximité et Service Desk).

Suivi individuel : entretiens annuels, développement des compétences, accompagnement quotidien.

Pilotage opérationnel : suivi des indicateurs (KPI), reporting, plans d'action.

Communication interne : animation des points d'équipe, diffusion des informations clés.

Amélioration continue : mise en ?uvre de plans d'optimisation des processus et outils.

Gestion RH opérationnelle : plannings, intégration, livret d'accueil, matrice de compétences.

Onboarding des nouveaux talents.

Participation active aux comités techniques et comités de pilotage.
