A key player in the development of ESCP Business School's Executive Education, the Director of Sales & Admissions joins the Executive Education division and reports directly to the Executive Vice-President. Their mission is to drive commercial performance and recruit participants for continuing education programmes and certificates in a demanding and fast-growing international environment.

Based in Paris, the Director of Sales & Admissions leads the Executive Education Sales & Admissions team and plays a central role in coordinating sales and admissions across Europe, actively contributing to the structuring, harmonisation and optimisation of practices across all ESCP's European campuses.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the commercial and recruitment strategy for continuing education, working closely with the Executive Education Executive Committee.

  • Manage, unite and develop the Sales & Admissions teams in Paris in order to achieve revenue, recruitment and growth targets.

  • Drive performance by monitoring KPIs (sales, conversion, forecasts, pipeline) and producing analyses to guide strategic decisions.

  • Design and deploy innovative commercial initiatives aimed at enhancing the appeal of ESCP's Executive Education programmes and improving the prospect and candidate experience.

  • Ensure smooth and effective coordination between the sales and admissions teams, guaranteeing a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

  • Work closely with Executive Education managers at European campuses to align local and federal strategies.

  • Contribute to the development of organisations, processes and tools (sales, admissions, CRM), and explore opportunities for centralisation or pooling at European level.

  • Develop strategic relationships with partner companies in order to position ESCP's Executive Education programmes and certificates within their training systems on a long-term basis.

  • Higher education degree (5 years of study), from a management school, university or equivalent institution.

  • At least 10 years' proven experience in selling high value-added solutions, consulting or premium services, supplemented by at least 5 years' experience in team management, ideally in an international context.

  • Strong commercial culture, assertive leadership and ability to rally people around ambitious goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and results-oriented approach.

  • Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.
