About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Sales Director (Hunter) to lead new business development in the Energy sector across France.
Based in Paris, you will focus primarily on acquiring new enterprise logos and expanding our footprint in the energy market with high-value engineering solutions and services. This role requires strong technical understanding, deep market awareness, and a proven ability to win complex, high-impact deals. Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition (Primary Focus)
•
Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise accounts in the Energy domain (renewables, power generation, transmission & distribution, nuclear, oil & gas, hydrogen, etc.).
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, industry networking, and partnership development.
• Lead the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to proposal development, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
• Understand customer engineering challenges and work with internal engineering teams to craft tailored solutions. Market & Account Strategy
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the French Energy sector.
• Map account structures, decision-makers, and technical stakeholders to drive high-impact engagements.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and investment cycles to identify new opportunities. Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with engineering, delivery, finance, and solution teams to ensure accurate scoping and proposal development.
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and customer meetings across France.
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts. Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in engineering services, technical consulting, or energy/industrial solutions.
• Strong hunter profile with a proven record of closing new business in the Energy sector.
• Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder engineering solutions or services.
• Ability to articulate technical value propositions to both engineering teams and senior executives.
• Fluent in French, with strong professional English skills.

Existing network within major French energy operators, EPCs, OEMs, or utilities.
• Understanding of emerging energy technologies (renewables, hydrogen, digitalization, grid modernization, etc.).
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
