Nous recherchons un Business Developer Senior / Technico-Commercial Senior, expert en développement commercial B2B et en innovation IA, pour accompagner la croissance du Lab et structurer nos activités autour de l'IA générative, du développement produit et de l'innovation tech.
Ce rôle clé s'adresse à un profil expérimenté, autonome, capable de piloter des sujets complexes et d'accélérer notre go-to-market.

En tant que Strategic Business Developer, vous serez responsable de la structuration commerciale, du développement B2B, de la gestion de projets IA et de la valorisation de nos offres auprès de décideurs et directions métiers.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble du pôle Lab pour transformer les opportunités en projets IA concrets et contribuer directement à la croissance du Lab.

Les missions

En tant que pilier du développement commercial du Lab, vous serez chargé(e) :

Du développement commercial & stratégique

Vous définissez et exécutez le go-to-market du Lab, analysez le marché de l'IA générative, identifiez les opportunités prioritaires.

Vous pilotez l'ensemble du cycle de vente (prospection, qualification, cadrage, closing) et commercialisez nos projets à forte valeur ajoutée (IA générative, produits tech, accompagnements).

Vous contribuez à la construction des offres, au positionnement et aux choix stratégiques du Lab.

De l'organisation, de la communication & de la collaboration interne

Vous structurez et optimisez les process commerciaux (CRM, funnel, reporting), mettez en place des outils d'efficacité, et construisez pitchs, messages et supports commerciaux.
Vous savez traduire la technologie en valeur business claire et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes tech, data et conseil pour transformer les opportunités en projets concrets.
