Jurnee orchestrates global events for fast-growing companies like HiBob, Preply, and Dojo.

Our customers run hundreds of events each year across 75+ locations, using Jurnee as a system to manage them consistently. We operate thousands of events yearly for distributed teams, supporting repeat usage across multiple offices and countries.

Founded by early Aircall employees and backed by UK VCs Angular Ventures and Founders Factory.

The Role

As an Event Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of events. You'll manage events from planning to execution, coordinate partners, and ensure a high-quality experience for customers.

The role combines hands-on execution, coordination, and ownership. Depending on your experience, you may focus on a subset of events or take ownership of more complex ones.

Responsibilities

Event Management

  • Manage events end-to-end, from customer request to delivery
  • Coordinate timelines, logistics, and execution to ensure smooth delivery
  • Be a main point of contact for customers during the event lifecycle
  • Source, brief, and coordinate event providers across multiple locations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

Operations & Process

  • Use internal tools to track events, budgets, and details
  • Ensure data and documentation are kept up to date
  • Identify issues early and contribute to improving workflows and processes

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B events, project management, or a related role
  • Comfortable managing multiple events in parallel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French (non-negotiable)
  • Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
