The Role

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Non-IT Procurement Manager to help shape and elevate the Procurement function within MSIG Europe. In this role, you will be the key partner for all third-party engagements in France and across all the countries MSIG Europe has a presence. You will drive commercial value, ensure compliance, optimize supplier relationships, and help embed a high-performing Procurement culture.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong business relationships, influencing stakeholders, and making a visible impact in an international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main procurement advisor for third-party spend across MSIG Europe.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business needs.
  • Identify savings opportunities and optimize existing contracts.
  • Ensure suppliers meet regulatory, ethical, and CSR standards.
  • Develop strong market insights and translate them into smart procurement solutions.
  • Negotiate and implement robust supplier contracts and service agreements.
  • Maintain preferred supplier lists and ensure timely contract renewals.
  • Support procurement best practices and contribute to building a modern, high-value procurement function.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe.

What You Bring

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong procurement experience, ideally in a regulated or international environment.
  • Confidence working across borders and managing diverse supplier relationships.
  • A commitment to integrity, transparency, and high professional standards.
  • Fluent in English and French, German or any other language would be an advantage
