Your responsibilities

Supervise time and attendance management systems

Manage operational incidents and ensure reporting

Use multiple planning, communication and operational monitoring tools

Collaborate with other SOCs and various Interr departments

Respond to service requests in accordance with company standards

Participate in the planning of operations in France (schedules, staffing, replacements)

Manage last-minute coverage needs and escalate critical situations

Communicate schedules to teams and customers.

Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Represent Interr professionally to internal and external contacts.

Required profile

Experience in an operational position (security, logistics, planning or equivalent).

Good organisational and priority management skills.

Comfortable with IT tools and tracking systems

Fluent English required (spoken and written) – daily exchanges with Europe

Service-oriented, reliable and a team player

Conditions & benefits

AEX Level 2 - Step 1 - Coefficient 185: gross salary €2,593.67/month.

50% of NAVIGO transport pass covered.

Work cycle: 4 days worked / 4 days off

Day: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Night: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
