We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team for a 4-month fixed-term contract (CDD).
The position is based in Rennes ideally or Paris. Professional trips are required once a month in our office in Paris or Rennes.
In a context of rapid growth and international expansion, we are looking for a structured and "process-oriented" professional to lead automation projects and run daily HR ops activities. You will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees while modernizing our internal tools (Payroll & Onboarding) to support our growth.
Your missions :Payroll & Onboarding Automation: Lead the audit and automation of the Payroll process (Lucca Assitant Paie/Silae) and the Onboarding journey.
Training Management: Build, and deploy the annual training plan to support team development.
Employee Engagement: Analyze engagement survey data to identify key improvement areas and partner with managers to deploy targeted action plans.
HR Operations & Administration (The "Run"): Manage daily HR duties (contracts, payroll preparation, etc.) and serve as the main point of contact for employee queries.
