The role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organised HR Operations Specialist to join our People Team and ensure our HR processes run smoothly.

In this role, you'll support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding—working closely with the People Manager to contribute to deliver a smooth, reliable, and people-first employee experience.

Your North Star in this role is simple: Ensure a 5-star employee experience through accurate, thoughtful, and well-run HR operations.

What you'll do
  • Own day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes)

  • Support a diverse workforce including employees, EORs and contractors

  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems

  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and recurring HR ops across multiple countries

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and operational requests

  • Ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and well documented

HR Operations is where the employee experience becomes real. When processes work well, people can focus on their work, trust the company, and feel supported.

In this role, you ensure that every employee interaction with HR — contracts, onboarding, payroll, benefits, or day-to-day questions — is handled with care, consistency, and clarity. As we continue to grow and hire across different locations and employment setups, strong HR operations are essential to keeping the experience seamless for everyone.

  • Learn our HR tools, systems, and operational workflows

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and daily HR operations

  • Build trust with employees and internal stakeholders

Your first 12 months
  • Independently manage core HR operational processes

  • Become the go-to person for employee HR operations questions

  • Support payroll, benefits, and compliance activities with confidence

  • Proactively identify process gaps and suggest improvements

  • Help scale HR processes to support company growth

Who you are
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or a similar role

  • Experience in a startup, scale-up is a +

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Clear communicator

  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information

  • You want to create a positive, consistent, and human employee experience

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Based in Paris
