Role Description

This part-time hybrid position is based in Paris, France, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Real Estate Investment Specialist will be tasked with evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting extensive due diligence, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for strategic investments. Collaborating with various teams, the Specialist will monitor market trends, assess investment risk, and contribute to the overall success of real estate portfolios.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Middle East Market and culture.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Fluency in English And Arabic (written and spoken)
